After placing an order we ship within 1 week and will email you with tracking information.
Because orders are made individually we can not accept returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your order we can work with you to meet your satisfaction.
After you fill out the nomination form we will contact you within 48 hours via email to finalize all names. Once the names are finalized, it takes 1 week per 100 names to process.

No, while our focus is in Arizona because that is where we reside, we are happy to ship anywhere within the United States free of charge.
